  • I was thinking the same thing Rodney. I wish to have a nice long talk with the DA in Washington that handled a case I was involved in. I just wish to have a chance to point out the simple fact that he didn't do his job. Most District Attorneys don't. They are one and the same as the police.

  • People have EVERY right to defend themselves against an illegal assault. Sadly the cops are armed and protected by other cops to the point you can't defend yourself against their actions without being killed.

  • It's becoming accepted that the police can and will abuse the usage of these weapons. We are all becoming desensitized to it. It's becoming the "norm" and not so shocking....makes me very sad.

  • Pepper spray and Taser - these two items are a bad combination. Pepper spray makes it hard to breath and then the Taser makes your heart and respiratory system kick up to overdrive and you HAVE TO BREATH but you can't....you're being sat on. What a way to die.

  • Five seconds. I've never seen anything like that. The article actually adds, at the end, the fact his officer wasn't carrying a Taser at the time of the shooting. Are you kidding me?? As if he would have been justified to use that in 5 seconds of "non-compliance" by a innocent citizen.
